Ms. Everett is an outstanding medical person. However, the phone and answering service for Dr. Joel's office is abysmal. If a patient has a question or has any difficulties with an appt. he/she is left out in the cold--getting messages to call back and being put on hold to get more messages from the automated system. Not patient friendly!
