Sean has successfully launched several companies where some have been acquired by publicly traded companies.
Since his early days with Booz Allen, Hamilton and MCI telecom, Sean has developed discipline and instincts to understand market needs, dynamics, build solutions that serve customers well, and scale operational processes to promote sustained quality and growth. This execution has been achieved under the highest level of ethics, governance, and transparency. Living by a “servant leadership” model, Sean has developed many successful leaders who have thrived under his mentorship and made positive impacts to business communities.

Ossama Hanna holds the responsibility of Centro’s growth and healthy development while making sure Centro delivers its promised value to clients. Hanna has held key roles in a few BPO organizations for the past 15 years and in different business cultural environments, advocating the benefits of outsourcing business process management. Hanna has started his early career in sales and marketing for Xerox then Polaroid, handling the introduction of its Studio Express product to the MEA market.
Hanna has chaired the North Africa chapter in the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in addition, he was also appointed as the MEA regional advisory board by IAOP. Hanna also regularly contributes to industry events through dedicated speaking slots. Hanna holds an MBA from the University of Texas, with a concentration in Strategic Marketing. He is fond of aviation and hi-tech drones.
E. Boules holds the responsibility of Service Delivery across all Centro sites, making sure that we are exceeding our clients and partners’ expectation every day. E. Boules is a seasoned executive with over 20 years who held various executive management roles in a wide-range of industries including telecom equipment manufacturing and marketing, medical equipment wholesale, financial services and the latest with call center/BPO operations management.
E. Boules is also the recipient of the U.S. Senate Highest Quality of the Year Award for newly exporting companies in the year of 2006. E. Boules Holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Marymount University in Northern Virginia. He is a devoted Redskins fan and fond of contemporary music.
Mark Guirgis holds the responsibility of financial planning and control in Centro. Previously, Mark has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Santeon Group Inc, as Vice President, Planning & Analysis and Corporate Treasurer at Primus Telecommunications Group and MCI where he had responsibility for all business planning, mergers and acquisitions, global cash and risk management, general corporate development activities, financial and industry analysis and capital markets transactions.
Aside from his professional career, Mark has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s and The George Washington University’s Schools of Continuing Education on the topics of “The Role of a CFO”, “Mergers and Acquisitions”, “Capital Raising” and “Investor Relations”. Mark has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Mark loves golf, exercise and fried chicken!
Tamer Bayomy holds the responsibility of leading Centro’s overall IT operations, Telecommunications Strategic Planning and Development. Tamer holds more than 15 years in the high technology industry, the last 12 years he has served in various IT leadership positions within the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry, with the implementation of complex Contact Center solutions for major dot com companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle and EMC2 covering many geographical locations.
His initiatives include improving the Contact Center service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; creating business models for delivering new IT services and leading strategic initiatives to transform the IT departments to be proactive, flexible, adaptable and responsive to customer needs. Tamer holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering as a joint program with Paderborn University, Germany and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK. Tamer is passionate about high-intensity cardio workouts.
Alexander Krikor holds the responsibility of managing the overall corporate People function in Centro to develop and drive organizational effectiveness. Alexander is a certified SPHR with over 25 years of extensive HR Management experience and provides leadership and coordination to drive the Human Resources function in all types of business enterprises on a local and international level.
Alexander started his career in Xerox as an engineer, then moved to Mobinil, Xceedcc and finally Aga Khan Cultural Services Egypt. He worked in several industries including the high-tech, telecom, call center, construction, community development and hospitality industries. Throughout his reputable and extensive career, he worked, managed, oversaw and drove all HR functions from operational, managerial and strategic perspectives including strategic planning, organizational structuring, culture change, OD, workforce planning, recruitment, training, development, career management, succession planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, HRIS and employee relations.
Alexander is currently teaching HR at AUC’s MBA and Executive Management postgraduate studies program, Cambridge University, Maastricht University, RITI and IARS and is providing training services to Westgate, EBI, AmCham, IMI, Top Business, New Horizons, Jadarat, I-Learn, Bbusinesss and many other reputable training firms in Egypt.
His passion is to stay in the sea for days and go fishing.
Scott has over 15 years of sales and business development experience in the BPO industry, having worked for such industry leaders as Sykes and Xerox/ACS. He also worked for AT&T early in his career, and had his own successful start-up company.
During his professional career, Scott has worked and lived in various different places around the world, including Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany and the Netherlands. He has an International Masters of Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in Austria, in conjunction with the University of South Carolina. Scott enjoys yoga and hiking in his free time.
Dawn LeFevre holds the responsibility of client relationship with our clients in the Healthcare industry, making sure every day that we are delivering our promise. Dawn is a dynamic professional with over 19 years of progressively responsible health care management experience. In-depth knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulations governing claims submission.
Also, Dawn holds extensive background in Revenue Cycle Management. Hands-on expertise in assessing and managing the essential functions improve the organization’s revenue cycle, efficiency, reduce days in accounts receivable and improve cash flow. Moreover, she has deep understanding of end user processes, process improvements, regulatory compliance, payer contract performance analysis, client management, workflow structures and staff development. Last but not least, Dawn has served in Intel Communications for the United States Air Force. Dawn is an avid dog lover.
Elsa Phillips is a human resources management professional with over twenty years of experience in commercial, manufacturing, and university sectors. She has had progressively responsible managerial roles in HR, including, development of policies and procedures, management training and development, team building, and recruitment; as well as employee relations, organizational change, conflict resolution, and coaching/motivation.
Elsa Phillips graduated from Coahuila State University in Torreon, Mexico, with a B.A.A. in Human Resources Management. She is a long-time member of the national and local Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), for which she has served on the board of directors for more than fifteen years. In 2015 she completed her Human Resources certifications SHRM-CP and PHR. Also, she has served as a volunteer for the local United Way in various capacities, with the last six years being on the board of directors.
Elsa enjoys traveling around the Mid-Atlantic region and the rest of the United States and learning about its diversity of peoples and cultures. She takes time from her busy schedule to ride her bicycle in scenic Frederick County and has recently begun with an interest in painting.
Michelle Jonson is a seasoned BPO professional with over twenty years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Training, Quality and Operational Excellence. She has had progressively responsible leadership roles in Training and Operations, including, Customer Excellence, development training modules, and Leadership Development.
Michelle Jonson has held leadership positions with BPO operations for industries including telecom, online retail, marketing and distribution, pre-need insurance, medicare and medical insurance, financial services and travel.
Michelle Jonson has passion for Leadership Development, continuous improvement and a true advocate of Servant Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from San Sebastian College – Recoletos Manila. A mother of two, she enjoys traveling, cooking and follows a wide range of TV series to bond with her family.
Deborah began her career as an Occupational Therapist specializing in geriatric services and children with developmental disabilities. This hands-on experience helped her appreciate the challenges presented to the patient, the family and the healthcare provider when illness or other catastrophic health events occur. With a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, she has had a successful career as a hospital CEO, and various Vice President positions within the outpatient arena, including ambulatory surgery centers, physical rehabilitation centers, diagnostic centers and physician practices. She is dedicated to ensuring that the best possible care is provided to patients across the entire care continuum.
Dr. Wayne Willis, M.D is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is recertified on the American Board of Family Medicine, Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine and on the Board of Directors of the Fellows Fund. Dr. Wallis served on all Major Hospital Committees and Boards including: Executive Committee-Baptist Hospital, Chief-Department of Family Practice, Assistant Director, Family Practice Residency program, Medical Director, HMO America, Pensacola, Medical Director, Met-Life HMO, Pensacola, FAFP Scientific Committee, FAFP Family Practice Weekend General Chairman, Associate Medical Director, PCA Pensacola, FL, Board of Directors, Health First and President of the Escambia County Medical Society. Dr. Wallis earned both his Bachelor of Science Degree and Medical Degree from University of Florida and his Internship and Residency in Family Practice from Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He has a long history with excellent rapport with medical, nursing, hospital administration, business and community over his professional career. Dr. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from North Georgia College, Masters of Business Administration from Incarnate Word College and his Masters of Health Care Administration from the U.S. Army Baylor Program in Health Care Administration.
