Alex Krikor

Alexander Krikor holds the responsibility of managing the overall corporate People function in Centro to develop and drive organizational effectiveness. Alexander is a certified SPHR with over 25 years of extensive HR Management experience and provides leadership and coordination to drive the Human Resources function in all types of business enterprises on a local and international level.

Alexander started his career in Xerox as an engineer, then moved to Mobinil, Xceedcc and finally Aga Khan Cultural Services Egypt.

He worked in several industries including the high-tech, telecom, call center, construction, community development and hospitality industries.

Throughout his reputable and extensive career, he worked, managed, oversaw and drove all HR functions from operational, managerial and strategic perspectives including strategic planning, organizational structuring, culture change, OD, workforce planning, recruitment, training, development, career management, succession planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, HRIS and employee relations.

Alexander is currently teaching HR at AUC’s MBA and Executive Management postgraduate studies program, Cambridge University, Maastricht University, RITI and IARS and is providing training services to Westgate, EBI, AmCham, IMI, Top Business, New Horizons, Jadarat, I-Learn, Bbusinesss and many other reputable training firms in Egypt.

His passion is to stay in the sea for days and go fishing.
