Tamer Bayomy holds the responsibility of leading Centro’s overall IT operations, Telecommunications Strategic Planning and Development. Tamer holds more than 15 years in the high technology industry, the last 12 years he has served in various IT leadership positions within the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry, with the implementation of complex Contact Center solutions for major dot com companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle and EMC2 covering many geographical locations.
His initiatives include improving the Contact Center service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; creating business models for delivering new IT services and leading strategic initiatives to transform the IT departments to be proactive, flexible, adaptable and responsive to customer needs. Tamer holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering as a joint program with Paderborn University, Germany and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK. Tamer is passionate about high-intensity cardio workouts.
