Our Customer Service Representatives are the most important asset to our team!

Responsibilities

  • Use VoIP line to provide customer service solutions to patients
  • Follow specific scripting requirements during all telephone interactions to ensure call quality and standardization
  • Explain services and prices, and answer inquiries about offerings in patient-friendly language
  • Obtain sensitive patient information in a confidential manner
  • Use computer applications to maintain and update records

Qualifications

  • Experience with PC and various software applications
  • Ability to navigate between multiple software programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service environment. Call center experience is a plus!
  • Ability to build rapport and assess information given to determine the best solution
  • Professional demeanor

Salary: $11.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, M-F, 8:30A-5P
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
